You can cancel the order. However as you know that our dresses are made to order; the size is made according to your measurements and also the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. The detailed information about cancelling orders (Before delivery):

2. 2.  All dress orders canceled after 24 hours will be eligible for a 75% partial refund.

Our customer service team can provide information about the characteristics, texture, drape, and suitability of different fabrics for specific dress designs.

We will work with you to ensure that your chosen fabric is appropriate for the style while maintaining the intended structure and appearance of the dress. For special fabric requests, we may be able to source specific materials, although additional processing time may be required.

If available, fabric swatches can also be requested to help you evaluate the color, texture, and overall appearance before making your final decision.

We can offer a maximum of 4 different colours for your reference and comparison. The fabric itself is free of charge, but you may need to cover the shipping cost yourself, which is approximately 10 pounds. Please contact our customer service if you need this serivce.
