  3. Step3: Click "Add to Cart" button, go to checkout.
  4. Step4: Check the items you need to order at shopping cart. If you have a discount code, you can also use it. Then click “Proceed to Checkout”.
  5. Step5: Check out as guest/register or log in, and then fill the billing information (be the same as the information in your bank account).
  6. Step6: Select shipping method and your destination.
  7. Step7: Select payment method, then click continue.
  8. Step8: Order review and place order.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order. However as you know that our dresses are made to order; the size is made according to your measurements and also the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. The detailed information about cancelling orders (Before delivery):

  1. 1.  All dress orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.
  2. 2.  All dress orders canceled after 24 hours will be eligible for a 75% partial refund.
  3. 3. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

When will I receive my order?

Before your order is shipped, has to process your order and put all your items through our strict quality control tests. Because of this, total delivery time is different to shipping time alone. The total time to receive your order is split into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

Please note that processing time differs from different styles of the dresses. In general, processing time of all the dresses will be in the 7 – 14 days. The more complicated of the dress is, the longer processing time will be. The details processing time will be marked on the product page of each dress.

  • Expedited Shipping: 5-7 days
  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 days

I ordered a standard sized dress, not a custom size, why is it taking so long?

No matter the standard sized dress or the custom sized dress, for, we all need the processing time to make it. In general, the processing time will be in the 9-14 days. If you add this time to shipping time, you will have an idea when you will get your dream dress.

1.How to choose color and size?

If you don't know how to choose the color you want or the size you need, you can refer to our color chart and size chart. Please note that when you choose the color of the dresses you wanted, you should choose it according to the fabric since color differs from fabrics.

2.How to measure?

We highly recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size. Always get someone else to make the measurements for you: measuring yourself will give inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment. Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress; do not measure over other clothing.

All the measurements should be measured a little bit loose with possibility of one figure inside of the tape except the following two exceptions:

  • (1) Upper bust
  • (2) If under the case that customer pursues the accentuated waistline in the case of elastic material

3.How far in advance should I order my dress?

For ordering the perfect dress, the timing is very important and we take that as seriously as you do. We suggest you order a minimum of 5 weeks before you need to wear your special occasion dress.

The best way to ensure a stress-free shopping experience is to allow plenty of time for our tailoring and shipping periods, plus additional time to try on the dress and make any necessary alterations once it arrives.


4.How to check my dress tailoring status?
We understand your feeling and expectation of your dress, so if you need to know the tailoring status of your dress, you can contact us by Our customer service team will help you to check the status and give you a reply as soon as possible.
5.How can I see a swatch of the color I'm interested in before I order? does have free fabric swatches available, such as satin, chiffon and Tulle, but you will also need to pay the shipping cost for only $5.00. If you need a fabric swatch, please contact our customer service first.
6.What can I do if I get my dress it doesn't fit?
If you get your dress but unfortunately don't fit, you can refer to our Return & Exchange Policy about size error.

1.How to track my package?

If you want to know the states of your order, please log in your account which is very easy and convenient.

In your promformal's account, all order status and information can be checked, including: shipping address, shipping method, payment information and items ordered.

2.How can I estimate the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order based on the number and weight of items in your order, as well as the shipping method chosen and the destination. Therefore, the price displayed on product information pages does not include shipping.
