Be careful when adjusting the hoops

It’s great that the hoops on the underskirt can be adjusted to fit the size of dress it is going under but unfortunately it’s really difficult to adjust without ripping the fabric, the middle hoop has put loads of little holes in the fabric because it’s so sharp. That said it does the job and isn’t expensive.
